1:1 Coaching with Suzanne: The heart of transformational work

In these deeply personalized sessions, you can be not only heard and understood, but we apply somatic tools and practices right in the session to anchor insights into your body, so you begin to live them in your life right away. Everyone brings something different to work on, together we go deep into your unique set of circumstances.

I work in one year and six month packages. Packages include:

• Bi-weekly (every other week) 90 minute sessions done by zoom* including talk coaching, somatic explorations, and gentle breathwork.

• Your own individual webpage of personally prescribed and customized practices and exercises, designed for you in concert with your individual sessions.

• Off week email check-in practice

I N I T I A T I O N and Sovereign Sexuality Group PRograms

My Sovereign Sexuality and I N I T I A T I O N programs for women run meet biweekly for 90 minutes. Groups include embodiment and gentle breathwork practices, sharing, and teaching, and also include a webpage of practices and exercises customized for the group.
